Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.

We do not offer cash refunds.
In select cases, store credit may be issued within 5 business days of purchase items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached. No exceptions.

Please note: Store credit is not available for handmade or custom items.

Each item is handmade to order with love and care. As a result:

Slight variations or minor imperfections may occur.

These are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness of handmade goods.

We are not liable for damage due to improper care.

Important care info for cups:

Vinyl & UV DTF cups are not made for extreme heat or extended exposure to ice.

Please handle with care to preserve quality and design.
